• We understand it's important to find a satisfactory wig. All of our products are checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
• If the items you received is defective, please contact our customer service team firstly. We are more than willing to resolve the problems for you in a timely manner.
• If you do not like the order, please email us first and we will accept returns. We guarantee that the refund will be given when the order is safely returned in their original condition.

KIND REMINDER:

If you decided to return the order, here are things very important.

1.  The package must be kept in its original condition. Please DO NOT cut, rip the lace in front and back, please DO NOT do straightening, flat ironing, dying, perming and all other alternations on the wig and hair. The return is NOT acceptable if any of the above occurs, and a refund is NOT acceptable neither.
2.  And buyers are responsible for a postage shipping back unless there is a manufacturing fault.
3. Please remember to send us a tracking number as soon as you send back the package.
